In 2022 we fully renovated the second floor of our main building to create a beautiful year round rental for those that love Vermont’s Summer and Winter activities, especially the hiking and skiing at Smugglers Notch. This cozy space is immersed in 20 private acres of beautiful nature tucked away in the mountains and aside the Brewster River. Enjoy the river’s soothing sounds as you cook, sleep, and unwind from a day of outdoor activities.

This home is totally private, spacious, and quiet. Fully-equipped kitchen with lots of cookware, cast iron fireplace, high ceilings and lots of sunlight. 2 private decks and only steps from the Brewster River where you can hike, fish, and enjoy. Super fast and reliable WIFI, a desk to work, smart TV with Netflix, Hulu and HBO provided, laundry room with washer/dryer, Check in at your leisure w/ keypad code. This cabin is very clean and has all the amenities you’ll need. Private entrance, super clean and comfy queen bed, and on big land with lots of trails, the river, and waterfall. We provide clean sheets, towels and all the supplies and kitchen amenities you’ll need for a comfortable stay. This home can accommodate up to 4 people as there is queen bed plus a couch which converts into a pull-out with memory foam mattress.
